On the morning of October 21, a 25,000-ton bridge, a controlling project of the Shenhai-Xintai section of the Dongliang Expressway, was successfully rotated to cross the Watang-Rizhao Railway, marking a major breakthrough in the project.

　　The Shenhai-Xintai section of the Dongliang Expressway is 197.108 kilometers long in total. It is a two-way four-lane expressway with a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour. Once the expressway is completed, it will be of great significance in promoting industrial cooperation and cultural and tourism exchanges among the regions along the expressway.
